EM Cloud™ integrates with more than 110 retail technology partners across 19 categories, including card and digital payments, EFTPOS, fuel payment and pump controllers, accounting, loyalty and rewards, electronic shelf labels, e-commerce, scales, cash management and workforce management. Each integration connects point-of-sale, back-office, and third-party systems without manual double-entry.

Does EM Cloud™ integrate with Xero and MYOB?

Yes. EM Cloud™ connects with Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, Microsoft Business Central 365, Acumatica and Finance One. Sales, stock and supplier data flow from point of sale into your accounting platform automatically, so your bookkeeper isn't rekeying figures at the end of each trading day.

Which EFTPOS and payment providers work with EM POS™?

EM POS™ supports EFTPOS integration with Tyro, Linkly, Quest, DataMesh, mx51, Nuvei, Live Payments, POSgate, Skyzer Technologies and Volt. It also accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB and UnionPay, plus digital wallets including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, AliPay, WeChat Pay and Zip Pay.

Can EM Cloud™ connect to fuel pump controllers and forecourt systems?

Yes. EM Forecourt is our fuel and forecourt module, and it integrates with Doms, Postec and ITL pump controllers. It supports fuel payment cards including AmpolCard, AmpolCash, BP-Me, Caltex, Fleet Card, Liberty, Mogas, Shell, Viva Energy and WEX Motorpass, and connects to Kalibrate and the SA and Victorian government fuel pricing feeds.

Does EM Cloud™ work with my banner group's host files?

Yes. EM Cloud™ receives host files from Metcash, Foodland, Foodworks, IBA Group, Spar, Sunrise, New Sunrise, ALM, BP, Olympic, PharmX, Tasmanian Independent Retailers and UCB. Supplier pricing and product updates load straight into EM Cloud™, keeping your ranging and cost prices current.

Does GaP Solutions support electronic shelf labels?

Yes. EM ESL is our own electronic shelf label solution, and EM Cloud™ also integrates with Pricer, SES-imagotag, Vusion, SoluM, Hanshow, Minewtag and Zkong. Shelf prices update directly from EM Cloud™, so ticketed prices always match the price at the register.

Can I connect an online store or delivery platform?

Yes. EM Cloud™ integrates with Shopify, My Foodlink, IGA Online, Cellarbrations Online Store, Fresho, Banana Blue, Shopperkit, Doshii and Deliverect. Stock levels and pricing stay aligned between your store and your online channels, so customers see accurate availability.
