Each model is trade-approved and NMI-certified for Australian legal-for-trade use, and features a 12.1″ PCAP full-colour touchscreen, 2″ linerless auto-cut printer, Intel Dual Core processor, and tilt compensation for accurate results on uneven surfaces. All Q1 models integrate directly with EM Cloud™ and EM POS™ for real-time PLU pricing, markdown workflows, dump stock management, stocktake, loyalty, and electronic shelf label updates. Available in six models to suit different counter heights and department configurations.

The EM Cloud Product Browser adds automatic allergen recognition and PEAL (Plain English Allergen Labelling) compliance highlighting.
Linerless labels: no backing material, so less waste; variable-length printing so ingredient lists are never cut off; FSC certified options; and easy lift-and-reapply if a label is placed incorrectly. Fewer roll changes and a lower cost per label.
