No more guessing who's next.

Ezi Ticket brings order to your deli, seafood and meat counters. Customers take a number and relax — often browsing the rest of your store — while your team serves in provable order instead of refereeing the queue.

What is Ezi Ticket?

No more guessing who's next.

Ezi Ticket is GaP Solutions' queue management system for retail service counters — deli, seafood, meat, bakery and anywhere else customers wait to be served.

A 10.1" counter-top unit prints a numbered ticket at the press of a button and displays the number now being served. Customers know where they stand; staff serve in order instead of refereeing the queue.

Configure it around your counters, brand the tickets, print promotions on them, and add optional voice announcements. It integrates with EM Cloud™ alongside the rest of your GaP systems.

Flexible zone configurations

One system, configured around your counters

Ezi Ticket runs one unit or many, across any mix of departments — with the numbering that suits how your store actually serves.

Option A

One queue per department

2 1 4 DELI SEAFOOD MEAT THREE SEQUENCES  ·  THREE QUEUES

Each department runs its own ticket sequence. The deli can be serving #2 while seafood is on #1 — customers queue where they'll be served.

Best for: stores where each counter has its own staff and its own rush.
Option B

Shared queue across departments

SHARED SEQUENCE 5 1 5 DELI SEAFOOD MEAT TWO SHARED  ·  ONE SEPARATE

Two or more departments share a single sequence while others keep their own. Every shared display shows the same number, so one team serves both counters in strict order.

Best for: counters served by the same team, with a busy department kept separate.
Option C

One queue for the whole counter

ONE SEQUENCE 8 8 8 DELI SEAFOOD MEAT ONE QUEUE  ·  NEXT FREE COUNTER

Every unit serves the same queue. Customers take a ticket at any unit and are called to whichever counter is free next.

Best for: one long service counter with multiple serving points.
Features

Everything the counter needs to run in order

Customisable Ticket Design

Print your logo, zone names and optional messages on every ticket. Header and footer support rich text — font style, bold, italics, underline and alignment.

Sequential or Separate Numbering

Manage customer flow with separate or sequential ticket numbering across zones — independent per department, shared between some, or one queue for the whole counter.

Voice & Display Announcements

Optionally call the next number through an external speaker and show it on overhead screens — customers stay informed while staff stay focused on service.

Front-Loading Roll Replacement

Swap ticket rolls in seconds through the front of the unit. No lifting it off the counter, no dismantling — minimal downtime during trade.

Easy Programming

Update ticket numbers, zone names and messages through user-friendly software. Staff can change a promotional message without calling anyone.

EM Cloud™ Integration

Connects with EM Cloud™ alongside EM Pos™, Ezi Scales, Ezi Labeller and Ezi Rewards — one connected retail environment rather than another isolated device.

The ticket is media

Every ticket is a piece of paper you're already handing over.

Most queue systems print a number. Ezi Ticket prints a number and whatever else you want the customer reading while they wait — a special, a cross-sell, a reminder about your loyalty program.

It's the only advertising space in your store that every waiting customer holds in their hand and looks at.

  • Print promotions and special offers directly on tickets
  • Add your logo and branding to every ticket
  • Rich text header and footer for personalised messaging
  • Change the message in seconds, in-store

A queue nobody has to police

Without a ticket system, the busiest counter in the store runs on memory and goodwill. Staff try to remember who arrived first, customers watch each other, and someone always gets served out of turn.

Ezi Ticket removes the ambiguity. Customers take a number and relax — often browsing the rest of your store while they wait, rather than standing guard over their place in line.

  • Improved customer experience — reduce perceived wait times and serve in provable order
  • Increase sales with messaging — promotions printed on every ticket
  • Staff stay on service — no refereeing the queue, no apologising for mistakes
  • Customers keep shopping — a number means they don't have to hold their place

Practical detail

Roll changes take seconds, not a service call.

The printer loads from the front. When a roll runs out mid-rush, whoever is closest can change it and keep serving — no lifting the unit off the counter, no tools, no waiting for the one person who knows how.

It uses standard 72mm receipt rolls, so you're not locked into a proprietary consumable at a premium price.

Frequently asked questions

What is Ezi Ticket? +
Ezi Ticket is GaP Solutions' queue management system for retail service counters — deli, seafood, meat, bakery and similar. A 10.1" counter-top unit prints a numbered ticket at the press of a button and displays the number currently being served. Tickets can carry your logo, zone name and promotional messages, and the system integrates with EM Cloud™ alongside the rest of your GaP systems.
Can different departments have their own ticket numbers? +
Yes, and there are three ways to configure it. Option A gives each department its own independent sequence, so the deli can be serving #2 while seafood is on #1. Option B lets two or more departments share a single sequence while others stay separate — useful when one team covers two counters. Option C runs a single queue across every unit, with customers called to whichever serving point is free next.
Can we print promotions on the tickets? +
Yes. Tickets support a header and footer with rich text formatting — font style, bold, italics, underline and alignment — plus your store logo and the zone name. Retailers commonly print a special or cross-sell offer, since a queue ticket is the one piece of advertising every waiting customer holds and reads.
Does it announce the next number out loud? +
Optionally, yes. The Announcer feature calls the next ticket number through an external speaker and can display it on overhead screens, keeping customers informed while staff stay focused on service. It requires an external audio output, and an optional amplifier and speaker system is available.
How do you change the ticket roll? +
Through the front of the unit. The front-loading printer design means rolls can be replaced in seconds without lifting the unit off the counter or dismantling anything, which minimises downtime during trade. It uses standard 72mm receipt rolls.
What does the unit need to be installed? +
A flat surface able to support roughly 7.5kg, one 230–240V 10A general purpose power outlet, and a stable Cat5/Cat5e/Cat6 RJ45 network connection (a 2m Ethernet cable is supplied). The unit has a 180 × 130mm base and stands 400mm tall. If you're using the Announcer feature, you'll also need an external audio output.
Does Ezi Ticket work with our other GaP systems? +
Yes. Ezi Ticket integrates with EM Cloud™ alongside EM Pos™, Ezi Scales, Ezi Labeller and Ezi Rewards. Pairing it with Ezi Scale gives you queue management and order-taking at the same counter; a second operator-facing display is available for sites running Ezi Ticket independently of an Ezi Scale system.
