This report will allow you a quick overview of points awarded and redeemed based on your filter options selected.
Loyalty Point Liability
You will be able to view your store’s liability per customer within this report. It will show pending points and $ value available to spend and the total $ value spent and $ value redeemed to date per customer.
Loyalty Point Audit
Your loyalty point audit report will give insight into your store’s overall points converted and points given based on the selected filter options.
Customer Summary
The customer summary report will collate data based on the selected period and report the number of new customers, unvisited customers, active customers, loyal customers, inactive customers, and dead customers based on the selected filter options.
