Point of Sale Overlay

Text Overlays are created as the products are scanned at the point-of-sale lanes. The system allows you to set triggers that will alert you, for example, when high-value items are scanned, or refunds and discounts are actioned on the lane.

Customer Recognition

Our facial recognition is a compelling feature used in many settings where security or customer service are of utmost importance. The system records, processes, identity and stores the customer's face in real-time. It can be used, for example, to spot and track important/high-value customers or to recognise people who are no longer allowed within a store or suspected criminals.

Item Tracking

The item tracking technology feature within the system can be set to identify selected individual shelf items within a store. It can be used, for example, to trace valuable stock items within a store in real-time or on a playback feature. The same quality can also be used to create short inventory alerts within a store.

Heat Mapping

The heat mapping technology is a powerful analytical tool providing a graphic overlay in the form of a heat map displaying the area and frequency of motion detected by the camera. It will allow the retailers to see a colour-coded map of the time shoppers spend in a specific store area. This reveals both hot spots and dead zones and how many people shop for a particular product versus those deciding to pick it up as they casually walk by.
