On Wednesday the 12th of July The Baking Association of Australia held its annual South Australian Baking Show, highlighting the talents and skills of bakers and apprentices from across the state. This year there was an amazing turn out with over 483 entrants across the 30 categories, almost double the number from last year’s event. As always the quality of the products was at a premium (the team at GaP Solutions were lucky enough to partake in some sneaky taste testing) and if it were up to our taste buds everyone would have gone home a winner!

Special mention must go to the best in show winners Boulangerie 113 (Champion Loaf) Hallet Cove Bakery (Champion Cake/Pastry) and Orange Spot Bakery (Most Successful).
